Crafting Sushi with Wine - April 18th
On April 18th, we invite you to an intimate sushi making class in our beautiful Barrel Room!
Included with your ticket, you'll begin this hands-on experience with a glass of Greenhill wine and a bowl of miso soup. Then, Chef Riri, who was classically trained in sushi in Japan, will guide you through traditional sushi-making techniques of 4 different rolls. Afterward, you'll enjoy the sushi you've made for lunch and receive a gift to take home!
During the class, you'll make:
California Roll
Spicy Tuna Roll
Salmon Hand Roll
Shrimp Nigiri
Additional wine is available for purchase and our team will have sushi-friendly pairings of your favorite Greenhill wines to enjoy alongside your creations!
