Made in the traditional Méthode Champenoise from 100% Chardonnay with lively acidity and fresh flavors of zesty citrus and apple. A crisp and elegant celebratory wine. 

Opening with aromas of lime zest, lemon verbena, and orange blossom, this stainless steel fermented Chardonnay finishes with crisp notes of ripe pear, wet stone, and fresh green apple on the palate.

Golden in color and offering aromas of orange marmalade, this unique small-batch Chardonnay was fermented with the skins as if it were a red wine. On the palate, flavors of honey and persimmon lead into a lightly tannic structure. 

A blend of fruit from our Naked Valley and Greenhill Vineyards, our newest vintage of Chenin opens with aromas of lemon verbena, pound cake, and nectarine unfold into a rounded palate of ripe peach and almond. Gentle acidity frames the palate, leading to a smooth, lingering finish.

The 2023 Petit Manseng Reserve has a beautiful aroma which highlights honeydew and tangerine. There is a bright, yet weighty mouthfeel expressing honeycomb, kiwi and lemoncurd. This wine went through extended barrel aging and was lightly touched by concrete, which quells the acidity to make an unusually well-balanced Petit Manseng.

Fermented and aged in both concrete and stainless steel, this vibrant Riesling begins with a bouquet of lime leaf, lemon meringue, and wet stone. The palate shows juicy pear and a touch of petrol, enhanced by lively acidity and finishing clean and crisp.

From our Middleburg AVA and bursting with bright acidity, the 2023 Seyval Blanc reflects crisp aromas of limoncello, kiwi, and jasmine with a refreshing palate of honeydew, key lime, and lemon curd.

Opens with aromas of peach, jasmine, apricot, and a hint of toasted marshmallow. The palate is bright with juicy stone fruits, particularly apricot and nectarine. A soft, round mouthfeel is lifted by a balanced acidity on the finish.

Crisp aromas of wet stone, lemon zest, and key lime lead to a bright and refreshing palate full of pineapple and juicy pear. The finish is vibrant with a hint of sweetness.

This medium-bodied Cabernet Franc presents aromas of blackberry, vanilla, and pomegranate. The palate reveals flavors of cherry pie and clove, carried by velvety tannins that create a smooth, lasting finish.

Blended from the best barrels of Cabernet Franc, the 2022 Eternity opens with an alluring bouquet of anise, violet, Amarena cherry, and a subtle hint of cigar box. On the palate, fresh raspberries, blackberries, and vibrant red fruits intertwine harmoniously, supported by well-balanced tannins that provide structure. The finish is long, complex, and satisfying.

2022 was an excellent vintage for Greenhill, highlighting our unique terroir. The 2022 Merlot has a beautiful nose highlighting medjool dates, fresh herbs, and irresistible black tea. The palate of over ripened bramble fruit, blueberry pie and dark chocolate make this an easy drinking, stand-alone wine, a unique expression of what we should expect from Merlot.

Aged for 18 months in French oak, the 2022 Mythology was derived from an exceptional vintage. Opens with enticing notes of cherry tobacco, wet leather, baking spices, and boysenberry syrup. Smooth, moderate tannins on the palate create a velvety texture, complementing ripe plum and red currant with subtle hints of violet, almond, and earthy mushrooms.

Aromatic notes of tobacco, anise, and cherry define this Nebbiolo. Flavors of ripe raspberry, rose petals, plum, and truffle emerge on the palate, where pronounced tannins give the wine power and longevity.

This rich and lush expression of Petit Verdot opens with vibrant aromas of blackberry, crushed prune, sage, and lilac. On the palate, textured tannins envelop the jammy black cherry and plum flavors, creating a beautifully balanced, full-bodied experience and a lasting, velvety finish.

This elegant Bordeaux-style blend begins with notes of black cherry, clove, and cedar. On the palate, layers of fresh blueberry, violet, dried strawberry and a touch of Tahitian vanilla lead to a lingering, complex finish with well-integrated tannins. 

Opens with notes of boysenberry, dried leaves, wet leather and cherry pipe tobacco. The ripeness of the vintage is expressed with excellent weight on the palate, complimented by flavors of dried strawberry, hazelnut, cola, and refined tannins.

Built to be a classic table blend, this wine displays aromas of dried tart cherry, raspberry, cola, and bergamot. Soft and supple on the palate with dried plum, black currant, cacao nib, roasted hazelnut, and a touch of leather. 

A first for Greenhill Vineyards, this wine expresses aromatic notes of blueberry, plum, molasses, and lilac. The palate is earthy with flavors of leather and boysenberry. Soft tannins make this an approachable, yet interesting, red.
