A first for Greenhill Vineyards, the 2022 Sparkling Rosé is a wonderful new addition to the sparkling wine portfolio, with crisp, refreshing notes of Honeycrisp apple, fresh grapefruit, raspberry, and watermelon. 

Entirely dry and pale straw in color, this refreshing and beautiful expression of Virginia Riesling opens with notes of fresh lemon zest, musk melon and white flower. The palate exhibits flavors of tangerine, lemon cream pie and apricot, finishing with a beautiful balanced acidity.

Aromas of honeysuckle, melon, pineapple, and delicate pencil shavings on the nose, lead to flavors of dried apricot on the palate with balanced acidity and an almost chewy texture mid-palate.

Blended from the best barrels of Cabernet Franc, the 2022 Eternity opens with an alluring bouquet of anise, violet, Amarena cherry, and a subtle hint of cigar box. On the palate, fresh raspberries, blackberries, and vibrant red fruits intertwine harmoniously, supported by well-balanced tannins that provide structure. The finish is long, complex, and satisfying.

Aged for 18 months in French oak, the 2022 Mythology was derived from an exceptional vintage. Opens with enticing notes of cherry tobacco, wet leather, baking spices, and boysenberry syrup. Smooth, moderate tannins on the palate create a velvety texture, complementing ripe plum and red currant with subtle hints of violet, almond, and earthy mushrooms.

This vibrant Nebbiolo showcases an aromatic bouquet of lavender, cinnamon, tar and concentrated strawberry. lively berry flavors, cassis, structured tannins, and well-balanced acidity showcase the strength of this wine. 

Begins with subtle hints of clove and kola nut, alongside Bing cherries and delicate plum. The palate is light in texture and weight, revealing flavors of overripe raspberry, rhubarb, and cardamom, with a touch of tannins lingering on the finish.

This elegant Bordeaux-style blend begins with notes of black cherry, clove, and cedar. On the palate, layers of fresh blueberry, violet, dried strawberry and a touch of Tahitian vanilla lead to a lingering, complex finish with well-integrated tannins. 

Our third vintage of Tannat fully embodies the power and intensity of the varietal. The nose presents an inviting blend of boysenberry, blueberry filling, cinnamon, and sweet pipe tobacco, while the palate reveals bright cranberry and aged pomegranate flavors. The wine is structured with a rich texture and assertive tannins.
