Made in the traditional Méthode Champenoise from 100% Chardonnay with lively acidity and fresh flavors of zesty citrus and apple. A crisp and elegant celebratory wine. 

The 2024 Chardonnay opens with bright notes of lemon zest, eucalyptus, and petrichor, layered over a palate of juicy pear and green apple. The fruit notes carry through to a crisp finish, evoking feelings of spring.

Our estate-grown 2024 Chardonnay Reserve opens with an inviting bouquet of lemon meringue, apple blossom, and toasted almond, enhanced by a richer body and a lingering finish highlighted by notes of baked apple and shortbread.

Golden in color and offering aromas of orange marmalade, this unique small-batch Chardonnay was fermented with the skins as if it were a red wine. On the palate, flavors of honey and persimmon lead into a lightly tannic structure. 

Our first vintage of Chenin Blanc Reserve was designed to showcase the beautiful aromatics and acidity from the Chenin Blanc grown in Block 5 at Greenhill. Opens with notes of grilled pineapple and chamomile followed by pear and brioche that add to a weighty mid-palate with a smooth, lingering finish.

Opening with beautiful aromas of caramelized pineapple and orange blossom, the lingering finish of this vintage of Petit Manseng complements the rich notes of honeycomb, crème brûlée, and passionfruit.

The 2023 Petit Manseng Reserve has a beautiful aroma which highlights honeydew and tangerine. There is a bright, yet weighty mouthfeel expressing honeycomb, kiwi and lemoncurd. This wine went through extended barrel aging and was lightly touched by concrete, which quells the acidity to make an unusually well-balanced Petit Manseng.

Fermented and aged in both concrete and stainless steel, this vibrant Riesling begins with a bouquet of lime leaf, lemon meringue, and wet stone. The palate shows juicy pear and a touch of petrol, enhanced by lively acidity and finishing clean and crisp.

Bright and refreshing, this dry rosé showcases tangerine and white peach on the nose. Notes of grapefruit and watermelon carry through the palate, lifted by lively acidity and finishing with hints of dried strawberry, marking for another exceptional vintage of rosé for Greenhill.

From our Middleburg AVA, this wine features aromas of lemon zest, pomelo, and a hint of herbal tea, with a crisp palate of clementine, key lime, and flint, finishing with bright, mouthwatering acidity.

Crisp aromas of wet stone, lemon zest, and key lime lead to a bright and refreshing palate full of pineapple and juicy pear. The finish is vibrant with a hint of sweetness.

This medium-bodied Cabernet Franc presents aromas of blackberry, vanilla, and pomegranate. The palate reveals flavors of cherry pie and clove, carried by velvety tannins that create a smooth, lasting finish.

Made from the best barrels of Cabernet Franc, the 2023 Eternity presents an impressive bouquet of dried strawberry, cigar box, and cedar, leading to a rich mouthfeel supported by integrated tannins with notes of raspberry and black pepper.

The 2023 Merlot features aromas of blueberry, violet, allspice, and toasted vanilla, complimenting this beautiful expression with a medium body and notes of boysenberry tart, caramel, and aged leather. 

Pronounced notes of new leather, black cherry, and lavender lead to a palate full of mixed berry compote, all spice, and vanilla. This elegant wine leans towards full bodied with layered, rustic tannins.

Aromatic notes of tobacco, anise, and cherry define this Nebbiolo. Flavors of ripe raspberry, rose petals, plum, and truffle emerge on the palate, where pronounced tannins give the wine power and longevity.

A light and approachable expression of Chambourcin with new leather, raspberry, and lilac on the nose and finishing with flavors of coffee bean, Madagascar vanilla, and cranberry leading to a soft mouthfeel with subtle tannins.

Inviting notes of lilac, anise, and black cherry cola highlight the bouquet, as balanced tannins structure the palate of this age-worthy vintage, showcasing flavors of black currant, baked plum, and dried tobacco.

Opens with notes of boysenberry, dried leaves, wet leather and cherry pipe tobacco. The ripeness of the vintage is expressed with excellent weight on the palate, complimented by flavors of dried strawberry, hazelnut, cola, and refined tannins.

Built to be a classic table blend, this wine displays aromas of dried tart cherry, raspberry, cola, and bergamot. Soft and supple on the palate with dried plum, black currant, cacao nib, roasted hazelnut, and a touch of leather.
