Our estate-grown 2024 Chardonnay Reserve opens with an inviting bouquet of lemon meringue, apple blossom, and toasted almond, enhanced by a richer body and a lingering finish highlighted by notes of baked apple and shortbread.
Golden in color and offering aromas of orange marmalade, this unique small-batch Chardonnay was fermented with the skins as if it were a red wine. On the palate, flavors of honey and persimmon lead into a lightly tannic structure.
Our first vintage of Chenin Blanc Reserve was designed to showcase the beautiful aromatics and acidity from the Chenin Blanc grown in Block 5 at Greenhill. The 2023 Petit Manseng Reserve has a beautiful aroma which highlights honeydew and tangerine. There is a bright, yet weighty mouthfeel expressing honeycomb, kiwi and lemoncurd. This wine went through extended barrel aging and was lightly touched by concrete, which quells the acidity to make an unusually well-balanced Petit Manseng.
