2021 Chenin Blanc

This is the first vintage of Chenin Blanc from vines planted in Block 5 at Greenhill Vineyards in 2019. Fermented in both stainless steel and used French oak barrels, the wine expresses notes of lemongrass, nutmeg, & canary melon. Clean with a soft mouthfeel, the palate is full of clementine, caramel apple and a touch of Yuzu sake on the finish.
